Ultimate Frisbee is a sport played on a rugby/soccer-sized field with a flying disc (or frisbee) instead of a ball. It is a highly explosive sport that combines facets of field hockey, soccer, netball and American football. Playing the sport is simple and frisbee communities are very welcoming for beginners. The sport is generally played on grass fields with soccer boots, although beach ultimate can also be played. It’s a great sport that keeps you fit, while at the same time having a lot of fun.
